We have recently gained Planning Approval to convert the garage of this detached dwelling into a Snug/Study and construct an extension above the garage to form a new Master Bedroom with walk-in-wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. We have now been instructed to proceed with the Building Regulations Application and works due to commence later this year.
