We have recently completed this Stunning Barn Conversion near Leyburn. The original barn was owned by the MOD and sold at Auction in 2013. We were instructed to re-design the layout of the barn for conversion into this wonderful 4 Bedroom house. The heating and hot water is supplied by a Biomass Heating system and the use of Solar Panels helps reduce the cost of electricity making this a very sustainable build. The photographs below show how the barn looks now in comparison to how it looked before the conversion.
