The dwellling incorporates high levels of insulation, underfloor heating, and a ground source heat pump ensuring that Carbon emissions were 10% better than that of the requirment of Part L of the current Building Regulations.
The propoerty was purchased by a family looking to move to North Yorkshire weeks before the actual house was completed, making this a very successful project.
