Barn Conversion Completed
The final inspection following the defects liability period has recently been completed for this wonderful Barn Conversion in Appersett, Hawes. The original barn was attached to the main dwelling and used as a domestic workshop and storage with a Pit used for vehicle repairs.
The Old Brook House, Bellerby - Grade II Listed Building
WardmanBrown were asked to apply for listed building consent to create a large opening between the existing ground floor study and drawing room to create one room, and replace the existing floor to the study with a concrete floor and damp proof membrane to remove any future damp issues.
Hall Garth, Bainbridge - Extension
The project was to demolish an existing, leaking UPVC conservatory and replace it with an extension that would be better insulated and provide a more useable space all year round. The extension was constructed with materials that matched that of the existing while allowing as much natural light into the space as possible by including large windows and fully glazed doors.
