Wardman's Architectural Services was instructed to provide building regulations drawings and specifications for this new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom innovative bungalow which is now under construction for a self build client. The construction is timber frame built around a Glulam curved structure and clad externally using Siberian Larch. The roof is to be finished in sedum/grass and the windows are timber with an aluminium facing. To satisfy the current building regulations relating to the proximity of the building to the boundary, the east wall received a fire proof masterboard before being finished in Larch. The project is due to complete this summer.
