This project was to obtain
Full Planning Permission and Building Regulations approval for the erection of
a second storey extension above the existing attached garage and to convert the
existing garage into a snug/study.
The original layout of the
dwelling was inadequate in size for the owners and their two children. As their
children were of school age, the family required a separate study area and one
of the children’s bedrooms were very small. With creating the new extension,
the proposal provided the owners with a very spacious Master Bedroom which
included an En-suite and separate dressing room, while providing two Double
size bedrooms for the children.
