Our Client had purchased the Newton Rose Public House with
planning permission to convert into 2 new dwellings. We were engaged to provide
Building Regulations drawings, Principal Designers Role, and to provide CML
& 6 Year Structural Warranties.
The project was to convert the existing pub and construct a
two storey extension to the rear to provide one 3 bedroom dwelling and one 4
bedroom dwelling finished to a high standard. The new dwellings were created
for sale on the open market.
