A meeting was held today between the design team, the care provider and the investment team for the progression of the future development of JPC Community Farm at Thorntree Farm, Stokesley.  Wardman Brown have successfully obtain Planning Approval and Building Regulations Approval for the conversion of the Grade II Listed Farm House and Hare Barns to provide 21 individual units for supported living accommodation for Disable Young Adults.

Locally based Contractor Foden Spence Construction Ltd have been appointed and works are due to commence at the end of October with an estimated construction period of 30 weeks, meaning the scheme will be operational early spring 2019.
