We were involved in the Conversion of the Listed Building at Ochre Yards, Gateshead to provide 59 wonderful apartments completed to a high standard for Mandale Homes. We assisted with the planning application and Building regulations application, along with providing sales plans. All 59 Apartments sold off plan prior to completion.
