We have recently obtained permission to replace many of the existing single glazed windows and doors with Double Glazed windows and doors on this lovely Grade II Listed farm house in Horse House near Leyburn. The current windows were in poor condition allowing high amounts of heat loss through and causing condensation with damp and mould issues within the building.
By adopting a design of a Slim Line timber window and door frame from Biker Group in Leyburn, we were able to gain approval under a Listed Building Consent application.
