Another project successfully completed - Modernisation and alteration of Bungalow in Darlington. The finish is a complete transformation and looks stunning. The project brief was to re-design the house both inside and out. Externally we removed the tired conservatory, replaced all the windows and doors with new Grey Upvc, enlarged openings to create new patio doors and a wonderful triangular full height window within the Kitchen. The old roof tiles were replces with new Grey marley Modern, and the external walls rendered white in contrast. Internally, the house was fully re-wired and a new heating system installed. The layout improved to reduce wated space and provide a ore open plan living accommodation. The result was fantastic and it looks wonderful. The owners were very pleased with the result.
